"Yesterday (03APR08)I called the parts department 30 minutes prior to closing. I had a very specific requirement and needed the items ASAP. Scott answered all my questions and looked up the parts that I needed and they were in stock, another dealer that was closer to me couldn't get them until the following week! I would like to commend H&W Honda of Palestine for their patient and understanding representative (Scott) that took care of me and the complex inventory that they maintain so that I could get my four-wheeler back on the trail in time for the Mud Nationals!!!!
