"My wife and I recently purchased a used Goldwing from H & W in Palestine. We shopped other places mostly looking over the internet. I emailed H & W Palestine with some questions and got an answer from Scott in no time. I later emailed him at least three more times always getting an answer to my questions. I'm self-employed so my time is short so emailing was so much easier but in most cases I never get an answer. But not at H & W Palestine, Scott always answered my questions and was very friendly and helpful. "Yesterday (03APR08)I called the parts department 30 minutes prior to closing. I had a very specific requirement and needed the items ASAP. Scott answered all my questions and looked up the parts that I needed and they were in stock, another dealer that was closer to me couldn't get them until the following week!
